All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–7 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $80
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dionne’s Beauty & Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at dionnesbeautynhome@gmail.com so we can assist you.
