At Dionne’s Beauty & Home, we take pride in offering high-quality beauty and home products. Please review our return policy carefully.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items:  
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty products (including skincare, fragrances, and self-care items)
- Personal care items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them
- Proof of purchase is required

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless you receive a damaged or defective product. For returned products, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellations  
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed and shipped.
